Dreams was a pleasure to stay at. I recommend being a preferred guest. The staff were gracious and pleasant. Very helpful and quick to assist. The room was very clean and well stocked with fresh towels and drinks in the mini bar. I would return again.

"We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen. The rooms were amazing and clean. The in suite jacuzzi was my favorite. The food was incredible. My favorites were Rincon Mexicano (tacos and flan!), Asiana, Dolma (chicken parm and crème brûlée) and Spice! If you go to Spice, look for Miguel! He was really awesome! Would definitely recommend Hyatt vivid to friends and family! I will visit again! "
