Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean but walk through the front door knowing that everything is an up-charge. Want to use the pool, make an appointment and pay 25 euros to use it for an 1.5 hours. Use more than one coffee pod in your room, yes you are paying extra. Want ice for your room no problem, you will pay12 euros. It should be advertised as a nice hotel, it is. Just not anything close to 5 star."
