The staff were very kind and helpful, breakfast was well done, clean and delicious. The pool was fun, the rooms were very quiet and clean. Our only gripe was the refrigerator in the room had a bad smell so we couldn’t use it , which was a bummer as we stayed 3 nights and very much needed one. I would stay here again absolutely just maybe time to upgrade the mini fridges or maintain them better.

This is always my favorite place to stay in Thanksgiving Point. Clean, beautiful, comfortable; great breakfast buffet; wonderful pool and hot tub; large well equipped exercise room. And the location is fantastic - easy freeway access, and close to a wealth of shops, restaurants, and beautiful Thanksgiving Point. Love this place. Not my first stay here, and definitely not my last.

Couldn’t get cool air into the room despite the thermostat being set low. No control over hot/cold settings. Couldn’t turn the tv to be seen over on the couch or the other way for the bed. Lamp was set in place which blocked view of tv from bed and couldn’t move it. Food was bland in the breakfast buffet. I miss the waffle maker where I could make them and had better taste.

The check in process was fast. The room was clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet could use some improvements. The eggs were spongy and the bacon was crumbled like bacon bits for salad. The other food selections were great (oatmeal with toppings, yogurt with toppings, etc.)
