Hale Anuenue (House of Rainbows) is a large, fully equipped studio/condominium unit fronting on a tree lined walking path that leads down to Anini Beach. It offers a full, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Queen size bed, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a large walk-in shower, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach umbrella and cooler. The large lanai is perfect for stargazing or just enjoying some quiet outdoor reading. There's reserved parking, a great pool area with a communal barbecue and shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. Princeville at Hanalei's location is conveniently close to Kilauea, Hanalei and the numerous beaches and amenities of Kauai's beautiful North Shore. Given it's size, inclusions and location, Hale Anuenue is by far Princeville's best bargain. Stays are limited to 2 adults (one must over 25 years old), and A MAXIMUM OF 14 NIGHTS.

We loved our stay! The location is beautiful with convenient walking access to anini beach and the shops in princeville. The drive to hanalei is short and convenient as well! This place is gorgeous and PERFECT for a couple! I’ve never stayed in a loft situation before but it didn’t matter. I didn’t take any pics because it’s identical to the posting. It was immaculate and had amenities including a stocked bathroom and kitchen with lots of spices, cookware, Tupperware, ice, even beach chairs. Place is super close to a grocery store and 10 min drive to the main town on the north shore Hanalei. The owner was also quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely stay here again and wish I could have for the remainder of my trip. Next place was a huge downgrade.Thank you, Rick! We had a blast at your beautiful place. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the location and Anini beach was within walking distance (the hill down there is steep and it’s a decent walk though, just FYI). This place was absolutely wonderful! It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The area was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed drinking our coffee every mornong on the back lanai. There is a small shopping center nearby that has a grocery store, several options for restaurants and nightly love music. It was also is also a quick drive to Hanalei. Very responsive host, even arranged for our last minute request for early arrival. The bed was very comfortable and made for easy sleeping. There was a little road noise from the windows above the bed, but closing the louvered windows completely solved the issue, and there was still plenty of airflow from the other windows and fans. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking all of our meals, and we loved the thoughtful extras in the cabinets like spices, sugar, and coffee. The space was very thoughtfully equipped,even a yoga mat was provided, which was a lovely touch. The landscaping and tropical plants on the lanai and around the property were beautiful, with great natural light throughout. The location was excellent, close to several beaches within walking and short driving distance, and a grocery store nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
