2 bedroom suite was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and surprisingly each bedroom had a private bathroom instead of the advertised shared bathroom. The mini kitchen was more than enough for us. We originally booked the 2 bedroom suite so all family members would have a common area to congregate in which we did. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been an elevator especially for 3rd floor rooms . We had never heard of Sonesta ES but we’re glad we took a chance and stayed there. The suite was larger in size and less expensive than comparables at other chains.

Great staff. Great room. Property is nice and clean. Breakfast was ok. I had a a good stay at the Sonesta in Washington earlier this year. Now I make sure to look for a Sonesta first when I am booking hotels. Never disappoints.

The outside and lobby were very nice but the suite didn’t seem as up to date. Light switches in all the rooms were very grungy and dirty, stains were on the comforter, shower curtain, and the tub had a large chip in it. We did appreciate the snow removal and salting/deicing efforts were great!

Spotless room! Though we reserved a one bedroom, we got a suite with two bedrooms with en-suites, a full kitchen, and a living area! This is a plain Jane place to stay, not fancy at all--think low-end IKEA style furniture and showing a little wear--but the beds and furniture are comfortable. No elevator. Probably would work well for family needing to stay in the area for a while.

Our stay was fine but there were too many annoying things to give it a top rating. The bathroom outlet did not work. The heating system couldn't be well controlled. There was no ice in the freezer and no ice machine on the property. The coffee maker was multi-cup but only single cup coffee packets were provided. All these things are easily fixable.
