Overall it was a great stay. The queen bed seemed to be closer to a full bed size. They could use an ice machine at some location in the building. The location is quite comfy and clean.

The lack of hooks for towels in the sink and bathroom (only one on the door there) was problematic, especially with two people there. Also, on check-in, I was not asked if we wanted the room to be serviced, which we did. I had to find a cart and get the supplies we needed. Staff, however, was very nice.

Clean rooms. Nice amenities. Only downside is the rooms are really small. And the beds are truly doubles as in fulls. Which I should have paid more attention to when booking. 4 people can’t sleep in 2 fulls. That’s ridiculous for a Westin. Mattress comfy. But won’t ever book a Marriott without making sure it’s 2 queens again.
