I like the hotel but one reason we stay there is that they have EV charging. And EV charging with the company they have is terrible. If that is a major reason to stay here try somewhere else.

Could not control the heat. Unable to sleep and coupled with the outside building floodlight that was right outside our window. It wasn't until morning that we finally found the room-darkening shade, which was buried under two layers of drapery, far against the wall. I called ahead about room service. They have it, but "not tonight, as someone didn't come to work". At checkout, the staff member asked how our stay was. I told her and she said the GM would call me later that day. I waited 2 days and have never heard a word. The restaurant offers a bar menu and the service is slow. The room and facility is clean and bright.

Overall, very nice property. Breakfast was confusing whether it was included or not, so we didn't have it. A request for extra towels one morning went unfulfilled. When we got back to the room late that night the existing towels were replaced rather than extra towels provided. Not a big deal but unnecessarily inconvenient. The sofa bed was tremendously uncomfortable and the bedroom door couldn't be fully opened due to the carpet. I know these are minor things overall but I can't give 5 stars given the number of inconveniences, especially at a premium rate.
