Overall had a wonderful stay at the barnhouse. House was fully stocked with all the essentials and very comfortable for our family. Great location close to everything. The check in process was super easy and Marsha was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well with zero issues. So many good things to say about this property. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood just a short way to the downtown area. Also there is a good Mexican restaurant and excellent coffee shop within walking distance. It is right next to a park, which was a bonus for my family with three grade school/junior high age kids. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The host was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property for an enjoyable stay in Prescott.

Wow...we had a great experience at the Barn House. The minute we walked in, it was welcoming and very clean. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen and coffee bar has everything you need. There are two living room areas, plus a game room area. Which we all enjoyed playing Monopoly, Chess and Cards. Many games and reading materials provided. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning and evening..very calming. There is also a large patio area in the back with bbq's, table and chairs for relaxing and fun! Plus a park next door so if you have children a great area to run, swing. play basketball, etc. The Host was very accommodating and wanted to ensure everything was beyond standards. We stayed 10 nights and are looking forward to going back!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed how close the house was to restaurants and whiskey row. We also loved that the cabinets were labeled, so we didn’t have to keep opening up every cabinet and possibly put things away in the wrong cabinet.
