Room was clean. Didn’t have sheets and pillow for pull out couch in the closet. Had to call front desk. Which they brought but feel like I shouldn’t have to call for that. Also. Today is Thanksgiving. This place doesn’t even offer coffee to their guest, even on a holiday? Not very welcoming. You have to pay for EVERYTHING. Wouldn’t come back here. There are other places around with good reviews that include breakfast and pool. My goodness I’m sure they would at the least offer their guest coffee.

Great visit, great hotel. Our room had a one-off shower head which sprayed water over the top of the shower curtain, making the bathroom floor wet and slippery on our final morning. The room clerk who checked us out seemed genuinely concerned and committed to have their engineer check it out. Otherwise outstanding!

Moved our room 3 times because the beds were all dirty and not remade with fresh sheets. The first two had hair and eye lashes in the bed and the last one had mascara on the sheets. By the third one we decided to just get new bedding and just wrapped the bed with the fitted sheet and slept on top with another comforter

A nice property. Hotel staff were dismissive. Only two regular coffees were available in the room and 1 cup. I ask a housekeeper to if she would give me cups she told me she'd have to walk all the way to the front desk.

They do not have a pool! Please don’t be mislead and don’t show up with swim clothes to get disappointed. While Expedia, google, and others say there’s a pool - there is not a pool on property after renovations, which is very misleading. Otherwise great hotel, clean, easy, just what we needed, except the missing pool that was quite a disappointment.
