The staff was friendly and well trained. We added several rooms as my Kin showed up unexpectedly for this informal family reunion. The pool was great as well as the breakfast. I would have like to see housekeeping on the second day but on demand they provided fresh towels and trash removal. The EVS person was all over the building, washing windows, hauling linens, vacuuming etc… very positive impression. Price was a little weighty but considering the area, I imagine it was fair. Overall, nice property and exceptional Staff

The staff are absolutely lovely, hotel was clean and breakfast was as expected There were a few things out of order, hot tub maintenance and a door but they were being fixed and it did not impact our stay.

We had a really nice stay. The gentleman at the front desk was such a nice guy! Very friendly, informative and welcoming. Great bed, slept like a log. Clean, well maintained and comfortable room. Outlets in all the right places too. We will be visiting again in late July. ☺️

The beds were to be queen beds but we're not. The air conditioner although working made horrible noises. The staff was amazing in person but all 4.of is get the beds were not queen beds and there was the sound of water dripping each time the elevator made it to the second floor and below.

Nice, friendly, clean hotel

We enjoyed the hotel staff for the entire stay. They were helpful, very pleasant and had chocolate chip cookies in the evening, which was a real boon. What’s funny about it is upon our arrival, I had asked if they were having warm chocolate chip cookies like Doubletree does and they said yes. I thought they were kidding and they weren’t. There was a very nice young lady named Desi, who was incredibly helpful during our entire stay not to say that management and the other people were not very helpful also. We would recommend this hotel again as it was very clean and again friendly. The pool was very nice and we had no issues with using it except for occasionally being a little short of towels, which was rectified quickly when we notified the front desk.
