"The de Soto hotel was a lovely hotel. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The rooms were very clean. The only thing that I didn’t like was the outdoor pool facility. When we got up to the second floor to go swimming there were no towels, and there was soda cans, cups, and other debris left all over the area. The pool facility was not maintained properly and the hallway or should I say the second floor where you got off the elevator had debris all over the floor and it looked like it had not been vacuumed or kept up throughout the entire day."
