The staff is super friendly and will bend over backwards to make you happy. We were in town for a wedding and they let us check in 1.5 early so we could shower and get ready for the wedding. Breakfast was yummy and hot, facilities were super clean. Loved staying here!

Perfect hotel

This was a great hotel. Very clean and had a kitchen area (we didn’t use, but could’ve been nice to have). The pool and hot tub were clean and heated well. We would love to stay here again! Breakfast was also good.

Staff were extremely nice, friendly!! The hotel was clean, quiet, and felt comfortable. Indoor pool and huge hot tub both very nice and clean and the area didn’t smell overwhelming with chlorine. Maybe one of the best breakfast’s with a lot of options. The restaurant next door is incredible with a discount for staying at the hotel. We will stay here every time we are in need of a place in Pocatello. Makes me want to search for this chain everywhere i go on a trip. 5 stars!!

Overall, our room was messy with the beds and the tub was dirty. The guy at the front desk could not do much to help us out because there was no other staff there but himself. Seems unfair on a busy weekend to him and visitors.

Good for pets, dog relief areas nice. Room was big and fold away couch was actually comfortable. Good breakfast, good staff. AC worked great. The only thing we didn't like was the barn style door for the bath room left a gap so it didn't feel so private. But if you can look past that, it's a great place to stay.

There was a weird situation in the parking lot of the hotel. There was obviously a homeless person living in his car in the parking lot right next to the building. People were coming and going from his car but not entering the hotel. When we mentioned this to the night clerk she said she would check the cameras but there was no reason to call the cops just because he was in the parking lot. And she just blew us off about all the people coming and going from his car. Did not feel safe, would not recommend
