Booked and stayed in the kids suite, kids room was cute. Rooms could be a little more sound proof— I would have loved to not have my kids asking what the noise coming from next door was and having to explain they were being adults and making babies. Bathroom set up is atrocious. None of my children could reach the toilet paper from the toilet. Air conditioner / heater is outdated—if you needed to use it you then had to listen to a motor run loud enough you couldn’t talk to anyone. Pool — someone needs to look at the chlorine ratio to water. So strong your eyes burned, it was hard to see and our family immediately had skin reactions when getting in / out of the pool. Worst problem — plumbing — it screamed all night, I had to continuously get up and flush the toilet and run water in the sink for it to give a 5 minute respite.

Loved that it sat up on a hill overlooking Pocatello. Beautiful sunset view. I felt safe. Easy parking. Hot chocolate chip cookies in the lobby in the evening. It needed better housekeeping. The outside trash can just before entering the lobby was full that guests started placing trash next to the cannon the ground. The lobby floor was dirty when we arrived and still dirty when we left the next day. Also, 3 of the 4 treadmills were not working correctly (one not at all). The gym was too warm and would like to have seen plastic cups provided for the water dispenser.

We had a very nice stay. The staff members were very accommodating. We needed an extra blanket and some bandaids, and a staff member found some for us. The breakfast was really good too.

Overall good stay

We had a very nice stay. Room was clean and comfortable. There is an extra sink outside the bathroom, which is nice for brushing teeth when someone takes a shower. Breakfast was good. Nice staff. Pool and hot tub and fitness center are 24 hours, which is nice. Unfortunately they need someone to better manage pool chemicals. There was a cloud of chlorine in the pool room, which ended up making my son throw up.
