You will be disappointed if you book this hotel

The basin in the bathroom was disgusing. See first 2 photos attached. I complained and they painted it while I was out. The 3rd photo shows the condition 2 days after painting. Absolutely disgusting. There are telephones in the room so you have to go down to reception wvery time something is wrong, line WIFI which wasn‘t working properly. The only guarantee you have here, is that you will be disappointed.

Three night stay Patong Phuket

Given that this hotel was extremely economical ie good value for money. We enjoyed our stay alghough the bed was uncomfortable and the noise at night was pretty loud. Roof top pool a huge bonus and very friendly/helpful staff.

Wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff of helpful, considerate Thai people. I highly recommend this place for its price, location and proximity to everything in Patong, and quality of guest services. Will stay there again next time I am in Patong. Excellent hotel!

Checkin person was not nice! They said that if i let my travel companion come up to see my room for just even one minute, they will charge me 500 Baht each time I let someone go up. This is a ridiculous rule. I told them that my friend has a hotel room down the block and did not need to stay with me. Plus I could have added a second person to my room without additional charge when I booked online… so why are they charging me. I told them that my friend and I are not having sex and that I am not bring up someone to have sex with and he said that does not matter. Definitely not staying here again. Plus, I saw a cockroach in the room!

Difficult review to write. On one hand, you have a very friendly staff, a good location, cute little pool, some nice ideas like the beach basket. On the other hand, very simple room, simple breakfast, extremely slow internet, poor tv signal….

Close to beach Close to Bangla street Comfortable bed Good air conditioner It's a bit nosy due is in a corner Too much cars . It's not a quatied zone But you are in the center of de action Light breakfast.

This is NOT a 3.5 star hotel. The pictures were clearly staged using a clean and painted room with fresh linens, of which none of this was part of the experience in the room....it was quite the opposite. I wish TLocity would allow me to show pics that I took of the room. This is not the hotel depicted in the pictures. There are way better options, it’s Patong. Look around and save yourself the dissatisfaction of staying at this hotel.

Give it a go, especially for the price!

Only a block away from Bangla Road (the party capital of Phuket), this place is not a bad place to stay. While the pictures definitely make it look a lot nicer than it is, it is still a great for the price. The pool on the roof was nice, as was the bed which was comfortable! The wifi was a bit shaky at times as I had to switch from one to another, but it usually always got the job done, I was still able to stream a Netflix show before bed... The people who work here are very nice as well, and the place out front helped me to arrange my travel to my next destination!

Location is key

Convenient hotel close to beach and Bangla Road etc. The beds were a little hard and the AC a little warm but we managed ok just for 2 nights. Rooftop pool is not swim able as it’s not been cleaned. Many things should be repaired soon. Staff was amazing and breakfast was suitable. Nothing fancy but hit the spot. Recommended for short affordable stay.
