For the price that you pay for this hotel you should really get excellent customer service but it was mediocre at best. There are parts of the property that didn't work like the bathtub so imagine me sitting there naked waiting for the water to cover my body only for it to keep swirling for 15 minutes. I then assumed I was stupid and did not know how to use a bathtub but after 30 minutes of trying I realized that it wasn't me it was the tub. My friend was asleep so I wasn't going to call them to come fix it so unfortunately I was unable to take a bath. The only saving grace about this property was the breakfast that you received oh my Lord it was the best French toast I've ever had in my life and that's the only reason they got three stars. Also though it was my bad I did leave my hoodie on top of my luggage for them to store, for them to then move my hoodie to someplace else. I didn't realize until I was already at the airport an hour away about to board my flight. That was unfortunate since I did not have an extra hoodie to wear so I was cold my whole flight.
