The lady at the front desk was terribly rude, standoffish and very disrespectful!! It was so bad to the point another guest followed me outside and said she was sorry for the way I was treated! I called to talk to management and still yet to hear from them!! Not ok!!

Walking up to room looked sketchy but the room was great ! Looked recently very tastfully renovated and super clean..awesome . When checking in we were told we’d been upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom… wonderful surprise! The room had everything we thought we’d need if we came back and wanted to stay longer. We were sad we were only staying one night !

The rooms were not clean. The floor and bathtub were the worst. We had to wear socks and the bottoms of the socks were black after we wore them. The bathtub looked filthy. I had them come and reclean it. Maybe because the tub was older it wouldn’t look clean. I could still feel stuff on the wall of the shower so not sure. It was nice to have a kitchen and a washer and dryer. That was a huge plus. Walls a little thin but again maybe normal. Someone needs to fix the door in the bedroom to go outside. It was broken. For the cost I would say it could be better. Staff at the desk was super nice. Maybe should have been a 3 but gave it a 4 based on that.
