This was the worst experience I have had in my travels.. we were kept awake four of the nights we stayed there.. three nights people above us were screaming outside our room for hours and then stomping and running over our bedroom. The last night there was a huge fight and people were screaming..I was so scared i didnt want to go outside my room.. Lastly the room was not very clean and bathroom sink didnt drain.. I was glad to leave..

SMALL - ROOM, TV, MICROWAVE. ONE SIDE NO NIGHTSTAND. Curtains bad-hard to keep closed. Heater had problem getting it to work then would blow COLD for a couple minutes before heat kicked in. 2nd floor - NO elevator. Have COPD/Asthma- very hard to go up & down. No Military or Senior Discount. Overall, terrible experience. Not worth the price paid.

The lady at the front desk was nice and professional. I love the outdoor pool. The room is nice. However, my husband found long hairs on his towel that he about to use after showered. Moreover, I noticed some long hair that was not mine at sink in the bathroom as well. Overall, the resort is very nice.

I booked this hotel due to the close proximity to the Salt River. The first day we got there after flying 5 hours, they didn't have a room ready for us. Serena didn't know when our room would be ready. Check in is at 4, we arrived at 4:15. We went for a drive, came back at 6 and still no room. At that point, being tired and hungry and wanting to freshen up, we stated that we didn't understand why we didn't have a room. Serena became very flip-pent with us. I asked if it was a staffing issue and she said I told you that was the problem. My husband and I never heard her tell us that. Both of us being in management, we would have understood the problem and continued to wait. However, when asked if we could talk to a manager, she said, you sure can. Ok, is that person here. No. How about tomorrow? Yes. What time? I don't know. We finally got a room just before seven pm. They put us on the second floor street side with all the traffic. The place is clean but I have nothing else to say about it. Go to another area of Mesa for your stay.

This was just a perfect riom and stay. In fact we are still here and had to extend our stay for four more days ! It is quiet ,clean,comfortable (the bed is extremely comfortable ) and has beaitidul clean grounds. It’s in a lovely location with a grocery store within a mile. Just overall exceptional !
