Private pool

We had a great ladies/girls stay here- perfect to laze around the pool all day and enjoy shopping/eating out in the evenings. Would definitely stay again! House was clean and had everything we needed.

Great house in a convenient location

We spent just over a week in this wonderful house in Tempe. In previous visits to the area, we’ve stayed in Phoenix and Scottsdale, but I knew very little about Tempe. It was close to great restaurants, hiking, the Botanical Gardens, and shopping. The house had everything we needed, and we loved sitting outside in the fabulous Arizona weather. We highly recommend this VRBO!

The house and pool worked great for our family. The carpets could use some cleaning and there was not not a working exhaust fan on the master bath. The TV on the pool table room was not working, but we made due with the one in the livingroom. Kitchen had everything we needed, thanks for having us.

ASU Move In

We stayed here for a week with my son while he was in between leases. House was clean, cozy, and fun, exactly as described. The communication was easy (via text) and quick to answer any questions we had. King bed in primary bedroom was a comfy memory foam. Very easy access to Tempe and ASU. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Hosts

We have stayed at this property before and returned because of our positive experience. While the interior remains lovely, clean, and well-stocked, we were a tiny bit disappointed by the condition of the exterior, including the pool and patio furniture. However, Coast to Cactus, one of our favorite hosts, was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing our concerns by sending a maintenance team, ordering a new coffee maker, and arranging for new lounge chairs. Despite the initial issues, the host’s prompt actions were greatly appreciated, and I hope future guests enjoy the improvements. We will stay with this host again.

Beautiful Location but needs

Our first day in the property appeared to be great. The second day we did not have hot water and Arizona was cold. We attended a funeral on Thursday but could not shower when we returned because there was not hot water for the remainder of our stay. I opened the closet door in the primary bedroom and discovered towels on the floor left there by the previous occupants. Also when anyone took a shower in the main bathroom, water would run in the hall. I left drawers open in the kitchen above the sink because it was very dirty.

Tempe neighborhood close to highway

The photos online are accurate, and we had no surprises when we arrived. We enjoyed the pool, the putting green, the pool table and the cornhole game. We cooked for the entirety of our visit and gave the kitchen a workout. Here's what we found. The grill is difficult to light. Probably the igniter isn't functional, but there is a lighter that we used to light the grill. There are some acrylic plates to use, but no acrylic glasses; and with no glass allowed outside, I would suggest the owners stock some non breakable cups. The knives in the block were extreamly dull and difficult to use. There are plenty of other kitchen essentials however. The queen bed in the second bedroom was difficult for two people to sleep in as they kept rolling into the middle of the mattress. Also this Tempe house is quite close to the highway, as you can see it from the backyard, but it wasn't noisy as far as traffic sounds are concerned. I found poor communication with the property management. We left something at the house and realized it the same day we checked out. I tried to communicate with the property management and they were not good at getting back to me. As soon as I mentioned that I would include the poor communication in my review I got a response immediately.

Good golf outing

Had a good time. Was not comfortable watching tv only one tv had live sports.. shower valve in master would not get hot. Anti scold is probably to blame. Sink next to it was hot. Need new rails on pool table. Everything else was great. Thank you.

Wonderful property, would stay again.

What made our stay extra special was the outdoor amenities, shampoos, soaps, garbage bags and laundry soap. One item that was missing was a potato masher, we replaced a broken can opener. Overall it was a beautiful home. Thank you.

We are golfers, gamers and grillers and this property suited us perfectly.

The cornhole set was fine, putting green good and grill functioned well. It was a total bonus to have a pool table too. The property was convenient for shopping and accessing the highway quickly for golfing to drive to golf courses. We would definitely stay there again.
