The airport shuttle was nice and the room clean and decently decorated, but it’s a motel in an ugly area, so window shades stayed shut m, making for a dark room and I managed to walk past a prostitute on my way to the room. Have no idea how it managed an 8.6 rating.

The area around the front of the gate was surrounded by folks from the homeless shelter just down the block. The lights were very dim at 8pm. We had told the folks that we not going to make it by four pm to receive our refund. It was a very unsafe area for a family to be placed in.

This property is NOT near the airport! It is in a very sketchy part of town! It is also NOT a hotel but a "no tell motel" I am very disappointed in the misrepresentation shown on the Expedia app.

Our toilet was clogged and the staff refused to help us for 4 hours with our kiddo present. The hotel then brough us a plunger but did not plunge the toilet. We did. Over it. Poor customer service. Poor all around.

Great place to stay during a long layover. Free shuttle service and the rooms are clean. Around the hotel is a bit sketchy, but unless you’re walking around, down the road, there’s nothing to worry about.
