Pros: This was a nice enough place. Location was good. The community was quiet and pool was nice and clean. Host was nice and responsive. This could be a nice place if a little time was put into making it feel homey and providing some essentials.Cons: There wasn’t many essentials. No spices including salt. No type of mixing bowls, aluminum foil or storage containers. The reason I choose VRBO instead of hotels is the convenience of the kitchen and cooking equipment. I also had paid for an early check-in at 1:00pm. When I got to the property at 2:15 the cleaning person was still there and had not started the bathrooms or bedrooms. I was refunded the early check-in fee, but after traveling all day I would have rather been able to get into the place. Very minimally stocked with bathroom supplies. No bar or soap or body wash. Soap by the bathroom soap was so watered down it didn’t create suds.
