The Space:

THE HOME

PRIVATE CASITA GUEST HOUSE
For guests looking for a bit more privacy, the casita in the backyard is just the spot. It’s a quieter, separate space with its own bathroom. Furnished for comfort, it’s a good place to unwind with a book, meditate, or simply enjoy some alone time. This thoughtful space ensures that everyone can find their own favorite spot, whether they’re in the mood for socializing or seeking some solitude.

This home includes five bedrooms and sleeps a total of 12 guests.

PLEASE NOTE
To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $132 for pool heating. A 3-day advance notice is needed to turn it on, and it is required for the entire stay.

If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations. There is a cost of $75 for taking down the pool fence, and an additional $75 if it is not properly reinstalled.

For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.

Dog Friendly! While we allow dogs at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. This fee varies depending on the dog's breed and size. Please provide the size of your dog (e.g. under 50lbs) and the breed, and we'll get back to you from there!
