I loved this hotel! I have a large family of young children. I did book the room that fits 8 and it felt like a small apartment. I got to have my own space which I loved! Breakfast was awesome too!

Your staff member Carson is awesome! He was very personable and helpful. I needed accommodation because the elevator was broken and he found me a room on the first floor. He also helped me find a room when I had surgery at Mayo Clinic and needed to stay last minute overnight after an outpatient surgical procedure. Staybridge has been our first choice when booking a hotel because of Carson.

As a family traveling with a semi handicap elderly woman, the elevator repeatedly being out of service on multiple days of our stay, for random long periods of time was not acceptable or satisfactory. Our room was on the third floor with no working elevator 75% of our stay! Kitchen sink in room was also clogged. Had to hunt for bedding for pull out couch at guest servies post first night of not finding in room. Beds were however comfortable, food was good, and weekday happy hour was well reviewed. Great central location by a lot of conveniences, views very nice, pool are wonderful in heat. *Will be contacting Marriott/Staybridge Suites directly for failed compliance and safety concerns with ADA requirements.
