We had an issue with air conditioner and they sent a maintenance man up immediately to fix the problem. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Amenities for cost was a deal. Very satisfied.

Thiscwas our first time staying at a Springhill hotel, it was especially nice being that the room we stayed in had just been remodeled. If there's one thing I'd improve on is the coffee, it wasn't very good.

Definitely Recommend

It was a very pleasant stay. We drive in from Vegas to watch the Chiefs and Cardinals play, we checked in late, with no issues. The hotel is surrounded by many places to eat a late dinner. When we got to our room we were very impressed. It was a new room and everything was clean. Even the smell of the room was clean. There was a mini fridge and microwave as well. Breakfast was awesome as well. We are definitely coming back to stay here. It’s a 15 minute drive from the State Farm stadium.

Never Again. Suggest finding something different !

First, they messed up the room and gave us a 1 bed instead of the 2 week booked online and had proof to show them. To make things worse, showed up and hotel was under a complete renovation. The booking never showed this. Construction workers on site working from 6am-7pm. We would not have booked if we would have known. Breakfast area was jammed into two regular rooms, as the normal area was under construction. I understand renovations happen, but need to inform customers prior to arrival. Didn’t help the front desk was unwilling to assist in correcting the room booking . Never again here because of the service received (or didn’t receive).

Great service Dated property

I had a great check in the whole time. Customer service was very friendly and accommodating. The property is very dated and was also under some renovation so it made it where I couldn’t do laundry which I had wanted to stay there for. My toilet was stocked up so That was a little bit of an issue. Definitely very dated so I don’t know that I would stay again. Seemed a little dingy.
