Amazing stay with our family of 4. My wife and 2 kids a 1 & 2 year old and we had a blast! Peter the host is hand down one of the best host we’ve had. Very responsive and communicated very well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! House fits two families very comfortably.

A great house, multiple seating areas, fantastic additional amenities like the home theater.Pool was excellent, lounge chairs were in excellent condition. (I add this because in some rentals, there are broken chairs. Not here.)Great location.Very comfortable.Great kitchen.The entire family were very happy and overwhelmed by the comfort and quality of everything this property had to offer.

Fantastic Property. We've stayed in many of short term rentals over the years and this house is amazing. Peter was great to work with and seamless check in and check out. Beautiful backyard and inside of the house. Layout is perfect for any size family/friends to enjoy. The amenities they had made it so we didn't need to use any of our items we brought. The pool/jacuzzi were great and sitting area with misters really cooled off with the heat. Great luxury home and would definitely stay there again.

Family graduation weekend

We celebrated our son’s graduation from ASU with our extended family. All 8 adults were extremely comfortable and had plenty of room to stretch out and relax!! The pool was the highlight of our stay!! We are already making plans to go back for a reunion. I highly recommend this home.

Golf Getaway

Was on a golf getaway with three friends. Chose this home for its location to the golf courses we were playing. The house was perfect! Very spacious, clean, and all the amenities you needed. Peter the host was very responsive and helpful if any questions came up. Would definitely stay there again for its North Scottsdale location. Close to golf and plenty of great restaurants.

Perfect home, perfect hosts

We really, really, really, loved this home. I could talk for ever about every little detail. Great location, super clean, beautiful interior with quality furnishings, perfectly designed outdoor space with lots to do and again quality furnishings, the movie theater, the master bathroom, and oh the huge hot tub that is actually hot! Everything was perfect. The hosts were super responsive and really seemed to know how to host. This was our best AZ experience!! The only thing that was missing for us was a gym/workput equipment.That's just a note, not a complaint. Do not hesitate to stay at this property.

Golf weekend

This is a great property it had all of the necessary things to enjoy your stay. The home is spacious well laid out. If you are tech savvy a great sound system and lots of info to assist in using it. The backyard has lots of toys 😊

Fun with grandkids

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our new baby grandkids came to visit several times. It was very hot, so we stayed inside except for a few brief dips in the beautiful pool. Peter was a very accommodating host, even bought a high chair for the property at our request! Will certainly come back!

A superb holiday rental

We are a British couple who went away with our adult daughters and their partners. We have holidayed in Scottsdale a number of times over the years and chose this property for its location and entertainment options. It didn’t disappoint in any way. The accommodation was generous, modern and superbly furnished with an array of relaxing and sitting areas. The entertainment provided was exactly or better than listed and would have kept us all busy if we hadn’t left the house at all. We particularly enjoyed the great little chipping/putting area. The living areas were exceedingly well equipped, confirming the fact that this property is obviously used at times by the owners who have given a lot of thought into what their guests may need during their stays. The owner, Peter, answered any emails we sent promptly and returned a phone call I made immediately when we had a minor family crisis the day we left. The location is great. A beautiful, quiet, manicured estate in the affluent North Scottsdale area. A fine foods ‘supermarket’ is less than a 5 minute drive away with good restaurant choices within the same distance. We could find no major negatives with this property. It may be worth noting that Happy Valley Road runs parallel to the rear garden wall about 25 or so meters away. Other reviewers have mentioned this but it is not a busy road and did not affect our enjoyment. A very successful holiday and we would have no hesitation going back again.
