We were given then newly upgraded rooms. Huge rooms with huge beds. The bathroom vanity space was also really spacious. However the bathroom/shower space was weirdly small compare to how spacious the vanity area is. Aesthetically, the lighting was pretty, but functionality-wise, the lights were too dimmed. Also, the full length mirror is behind the cabinet door, and may be more useful if it was in the vanity space. There wasn't much amenities provided inside the room, not even a bottle of water, but they did have water dispensers throughout the resort. So i guess, thats the expectation. Overall it was a nice stay.

We had a great stay! Staff was so kind and accommodating, even when we embarrassingly locked ourselves out of the room (twice).😂 they are doing construction and it looks like it’s going be beautiful along with the rest of the property! Room was spacious and nice, food by the pool was excellent, and service was great too. Would stay again!

the room was in a corner with no views and a bad approach. its on the first floor with no elevators. we had a lot of luggage and 2 small kids..its not a good hotel for families travelling with small kids.

Property was amazing. Pools closest to the lobby were clean and renovated, lobby was newly renovated. We stayed in the villa rooms, which are walkable from the lobby. The villa rooms were not renovated and were a bit outdated and dingy. The staff were great. When the pilot light for the gas fireplace went out, they came out twice to check on it. Staff was also very fast when requesting more towels. The pool closest to our villa, our key card did not work, it did work on the other pools.

First time I have stayed in years. The property is in the process of being renovated as it becomes a Kipton. Nice already, it will be amazing as it progresses.

We enjoyed our stay, the restaurant was ok. Loved the pool and facility. We had an older room that hadn’t been renovated yet, lots of construction going on while we were staying which was hard.

My wife and I had an excellent time, even though the facility was undergoing a few remodeling projects. The sauna and pool were both extremely refreshing and this staff at the spa, including Rachel and Bree were simply amazing. My wife and I had a couples massage, pedicures, and manicures. We will definitely return and tell family and friends.
