We checked in on a Saturday afternoon 4:30. Upon arriving at the house we found a number of issues that my wife tried to contact the management company about but was not very successful. She left a number of messages but didn't get a response.The dishwasher lower rack was missing one of the wheel sets which made the rack difficult to move in and out and put it in close proximity with the rotating spray bar making it in our opinion unsafe to use. The management company could not get it fixed in the two weeks we were at the house. We hand washed and dried everything during our stay. There was no way to light the grill until we bought a propane lighter at a local store on Saturday. The pool area needed cleaning which we did ourselves.There was one tissue in the only box of tissues in the house. We bought some on Saturday.One face towel in the master bath for two people to use for our two week stay.Power strip in the lanai was causing the GFI outlet to pop when we tried to turn on the light stings and TV in the lanai.No code or garage door opener for the property.The management company addressed the tissues and towels on Monday when they finally contacted us. I told them that I felt there was a lack of pre move in inspection by their representative because all of the above should have been found and fixed by the inspector or the management company prior to our arrival.The property itself was very nice and the kitchen was completely stocked.
