We loved our place! It was the perfect size for us and Ryan was an amazing host. He answered all of my questions and made sure I had all of the necessary information ahead of time. My sister stayed nearby and our place was far better. I would definitely stay here again!!

Very clean and had everything you need for a nice stay. The kitchen is well equipped, including coffee, though there is a nice coffee shop close by to walk to. It’s very convenient to walk to Old Town restaurants and shops. The owner is responsive to questions and what you need. I would stay there again.

PERFECTION!!! The place was clean, quiet, and exactly how the listing described. The bed was comfortable. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Perfect location. Each night we were able to walk around Old Town without having to worry about driving! Additionally since I was there for work I was pleasantly surprised by how centrally located the place was to all my sites.The recommendations made by the host was spot on. Loved Brat Haus!Perfect communication! The directions about parking and what was expected at check out were crystal clear! And the couple of questions I had when I reached out to the host, I received a prompt reply. I would definitely recommend and will be staying there again when I need to go back down (or maybe just for fun)!

Very walkable to Old Town Scottsdale with a well furnished two bedroom unit in a quiet, safe neighborhood that includes a nice coffee shop a block away. Central A/C unit fan cycling on was noisy but we got used to it over the 3 days. Our host was very communicative and responsive.

Super convenient location and a super cute spot to stay at. The host even answered on the first ring when I got in late at night and couldnt find the unit. Great communication. The place was stocked very well stoked with what I needed. If I was in town I would definitely stay there again. Thos is one you can book woth confidence.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is wonderful and easy to get to many things. We loved the little coffee shop right around the corner. The apartment was clean, quiet, and stocked with towels, laundry detergent and coins for the washing machine, shampoo, body wash, and everything else you could need. We will definitely be booking there for future trips!

This apartment was very nice. It’s located in a quiet area that is close to everything you could possibly need. There is a reserved parking soace in the shade. Apartment itself was spotless and nicely decorated with care. Beds were comfy and the AC kept us cool during an “extreme heat” advisory. The owner reached out to see if we had everything we needed which was thoughtful. Would stay here again.

Easy to do business and the place was lovely

My daughter and son-in-law had a great stay, and Ryan was very easy to communicate with and worked w my daughter instead of me which was awesome. Their only issue was that the bedding was extremely fragrant, like maybe too much detergent was used. That is the only reason they got a 4 for cleaniness...I didn’t know where else to comment on that. Thank you for the great stay and prompt communication!

Exactly as advertised!

Home was perfect for what we needed…. Stocked well, SUPER clean, lots of extras (pool towels…did you know the pool was just outside your front door).. laundry was just across the path, and the hosts even provide you coins and soap! Seriously, as a VRBO owner, I love when owners SERVICE the clients… these folks get 100 out of 100… a gazillion stars to you all! Mahalo

I had a wonderful experience staying at this place ! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication easy from start to finish. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. This place is tucked into a friendly community of sweet neighbors. The host was very accommodating and kind. The beds were comfortable and I loved the well working A/C and fans, esp to sleep. We would definitely stay here again!
