Holiday Stay

Came here for a long holiday weekend/mini vacation. Jeremy gave us great recommendations for places to see and eat. The area was good and close to many things.The house is as advertised and the pool was perfect for us. He was very easy to communicate with. Great location, lovely house, quiet neighborhood

Our stay was wonderful. The location was great for us because we like to walk to get groceries, go to restaurants, etc. When we did need to drive, it was close enough to the highway (but not too close) that it was quick to get to places. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and appliances. The pool and outdoor area were great. The neighborhood was very quiet. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

My teenage kids and I loved this property. The pool lended to the fun as we came back each afternoon to relax and swim after sightseeing and activities. Perfect location! Peaceful, centrally located oasis

We loved our stay at Casa Gia. There was plenty of space for our family of four, and the open concept living/kitchen area was a cozy place to hang out. We spent time swimming everyday. The pool is beautiful, and there is a great balance of sun and shade in the backyard. The kids loved it especially. The location was great- it was a short drive to Roosevelt Row, Scottsdale, and even South Mountain. It was a quiet little street for being so centrally located. Thanks for the great stay!

We LOVED this property. Will definitely stay here again when in the Phoenix area. Not only is the home beautifully decorated but the kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook and hang as a family. Coming from Alaska, the pool was a definite perk too!

Lovely space, perfect vacation

My mom and I stayed here for a week. We enjoyed this property! It is more than spacious enough for the two of us. Beautifully decorated and the pool way great for us as well! We had to contact the owner a few times and he was immediately responsive. This property is located closely to many stores, restaurants and shopping! We would stay here again if in this area!

This is our second time staying at this property. We have students at GCU and have stayed at Casa Gia twice now. Jeremy is an excellent host who is very accommodating and responsive. The home is lovely and very comfortable to stay in. The neighborhood is quiet and very conveniently located. The pool and backyard are relaxing after a long day!

The ultimate vacation home

Two families came to stay for a volleyball tournament at the convetion center. Location was super close. Great space for two families and the girls to have privacy and space. Kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies and very well organized. The hosts touches from the welcome snacks to the bathroom and pool towels made us feel welcome and very much "at home". Would definitely recommend for anyone thinking about staying here.

Fantastic, well-appointed, quiet, comfortable with all the amenities you need including kid stuff!

We stayed for a medical resident graduation with our daughter, her husband, and 2 & 4 year-old grandsons.This house was perfect in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was excellent, the beds top-notch, kitchen well equipped, and decor modern and artistic. There was kid equipment including a crib, sound machine, changing cushion, toys, and kid’s dishes. We had a relaxing, fun, 3 day vacation and would stay here again most definitely.
