The 2 bedroom 2 baths second-floor condo has been completely renovated with new cabinets/granite, appliances, master on-suite, lighting, and paint. No one lives above. Professionally decorated with modern furniture, linens, and towels. Enjoy your time relaxing on the balcony overlooking the heated pool/hot tub and clubhouse. The kitchen is extensively outfitted to meet all your cooking needs. 55" wall mounted LED smart TV in the living room and a 45" LED Smart TV in the Master bedroom. You may want to head off-site for a day hiking/biking the Camelback/Superstition mountains, or shopping at one of the many open-air malls in the area. Golf courses are abundant and baseball spring training camps are sure to hit a home run with your sports enthusiasts. Fine dining can also be found a short drive away in Scottsdale, plenty of entertainment in Old Scottsdale. Check-in and out anytime of day, around your travel schedule!
