What a great place to stay. Close to the stadium entertainment, restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and had enough pots and pans available if we wanted to eat in. We enjoyed the gym and spent lots of time around the pool area. Will definitely be back next visit to Phoenix!

The host was quick to respond to messages, friendly, helpful and informative. The amenities were top notch. gorgeous pool and spa area. felt like I was at a resort. The villa was clean, kitchen stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals. beds were comfortable. neighbors were welcoming and friendly. my ONLY complaint is the A/C system didn’t work at all and it was very hot inside the villa even with fans on. They tried to fix it but it needed replaced. this is not the owners fault that it will be replaced after our checkout. I would definitely rent again.

The house was very nice. You can not beat the location for any sporting events in Phoenix. We were there for the NASCAR race (10 min drive) but State Farm Stadium is only 3 mins down the road. We had an issue with the AC but the owner/manager got it fixed as quickly as they could.

Home away from home

Very nice accomodations and beautiful grounds. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and such. Great laundry room. Everything was wonderful and the communication was perfect.

Close to Camelback Ranch

This property is just a short drive to Camelback Ranch, home of the Dodgers spring training facility. The condo was clean and comfortable to stay in. Check in was easy. The condo complex has lots of amenities, BBQs, a pool and weight room. Just be sure you bring your own shampoo and a bar of soap for the shower. We would stay here again.

Great condo , Poor parking.

Condo was very clean and laid out perfectly for us. Nice to have a covered parking spot but they were so narrow and with a metal pole that prevented you from opening the driver door if you pulled all the way in. Consequently trucks and big SUVs stuck out and made parking even more difficult. Walls were insulated very well but not the ceiling as upstairs neighbors were heavy footed and woke us every morning just walking around. The other neighbors we met were really nice as was the pool and gym.

Phoenix condo

The hosts were very good about responding to our questions quickly. Great west side location with easy access to main highways, plenty of entertainment opportunities and lots of great restaurants. Nice pool and a decent workout facility. Would recommend staying here.

Our Avondale Go To

We've stayed at this property (different unit) before a few times. The property offers the basics, is always well maintained and is quiet. We really enjoy the pool and while the gym isn't exceptional it provides plenty to get in a good workout. The location provides super easy access to State Farm Stadium, shopping and Costco.

Very Nice Property

Had a very enjoyable experience. Corey was exceptionally helpful with our issues, all caused by the fact that we are not part of the "streaming" generation. We are past the antena generation but live in a satellite generation. Again, Corey was so patient and very helpful.

Desert Breeze Condos

Four adults stayed comfortably in this 2 BR 2BA condo. There was plenty of kitchenware, towels, and bedding for our 10 day stay. The grounds are kept up nicely as well as the pool and fitness room. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and plenty of small kitchen appliances to feel like a home away from home. The central location gives you easy access to all of Phoenix and surrounding areas. We would stay here again when visiting Phoenix.

Perfect location, close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed/wanted. The location is PERFECT!! Close to so many things, great restaurants, shopping etc. The neighbor was friendly, the neighborhood was quiet, and the parking was easy! We look forward to hopefully staying here again next year!

Quiet neighborhood, convenient location

This condo worked very well for a week stay. There are nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and lots of things to see. Using VRBO rather than getting a hotel allowed me to pack fewer clothes and easily do a load of laundry, and to be able to have breakfast and a few light meals there rather than always having to eat out. We enjoyed our stay.
