"Yes, there were. Room was spotless. Housing asked me if I needed anything."

"This stay was ok. Upon arrival, around 6pm, it was dark. The unit is in the back yard, which is fine, but there were no lights on indicating that it was the correct location or welcoming me to go through a fence and see if I was in the right place. The access instructions posted were incorrect. The key was in a lock box on the door knob, not under the porch light as was indicated. There was no access code provided. The unit is clean enough. The kitchen is poorly provisioned with bowls and utensils. There was an issue with hot water. Actually the hot water ended up working fine but the hot water was on right hand side of all three fixtures. Initially I tried the kitchen sink, then the tub, and finally the bathroom sink… I didn’t even try the opposite/cold side because surely, not every fixture could be plumbed wrong… I reached out to the property owner. They said there would be someone out to fix it… ended up that the hot side was cold and cold side was hot… I feel like the property owner should have been able to tell me that over the phone.The property owner was polite and responsive. "

"The coordination between VRBO, local host, Hosteeva, and between texting, emails and use of the app is terrible. It was unclear who to speak to for our issues. We were referred to the local host without being given the number - which was listed ONE time on one email and nowhere else. Texts had one set of info and emails another. I called before leaving to clear up the fact I used the wrong email and basically my reservation was not on my account and the only thing that could be done was delete the older account and use newer email but after being told that I received email information on both emails. I got conflicting information from using messaging on app vs text. We spoke to or texted with 4-5 different individuals. It was a hot mess!"
