At first check in was ok, as I booked it online, however things did change from there. This is a budget hotel to start, so I was expecting basic things and nothing fancy. Well there was no microwave, TV did not work, desk but no chairs, frige barely gets cool and freezer takes some time to freeze. I informed the front desk about this and they said that they would try to find those for me, as not all the rooms come with them. Maintenance did come and replaced the TV, night shift did locate a microwave and chairs on my second day at night. I wanted to leave a good review for getting the microwave and the other things but things changed afterwards. The microwave was not working by the afternoon which was less than 24hrs from receiving it, I notified front desk twice and that bugs (roaches) were coming out of it, so I placed it outside the door for them. I didn't receive a replacement and had to buy more food and heat up at work due to time. Finally I extended one more day and did so online before the check out time for my reservation, which was more convenient for work and payday. I got the confirmation online before check out and going to work. When I returned, I was told that I "checked in early" and did not check out first to check back in at the actual check in time to process; I must pay a $20 fee as of this review. I did not see this in their booking policy and it wasn't listed on the third parties requirements for the hotel either. I have sent this to be looked into.
