Great check in and check out at this hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. This location is ideal for us as we were visiting family nearby. Nice to stay at a hotel in a residential neighborhood. The hotel is super clean, room is spacious, staff is terrific, restaurant and the food there is great. Lots of parking.

The room and hotel condition was excellent. The issue was there was no hot water so we were unable to shower. Unable to travel home due to distance, we were forced to keep our reservation. The room was super clean and comfortable all the way around. My concern is the hospitality of the staff. There was little to no niceness from a single staff member. In fact upon arrival, the young woman who should have been at the front desk, was sitting in a corner on her cell phone and never noticed me standing and waiting.
