Excellent except the breakfast

I always love staying here and one of the reasons is for the breakfast. This time the breakfast was not good at all. There was no hot water for the oatmeal. The room was really crowded so it was hard to move around. The staff had to go across the parking lot to get supplies so she was gone for quite awhile when she had to leave. The waffle station was really clogged with people waiting because they ran out of batter. The apple juice was very watery - it was probably running out. So disappoiinted.

Our room was clean, the staff were really nice. The body wash fell off the wall after each shower. The carpet is worn down and dirty looking. The area is constantly busy. There are a lot of businesses near, but leaving the hotel was hard because of the amount of traffic. There was also a lot of noise from the roads nearby until midnight or later.

Always a great stay.

The staff here is great and efficient. We to extend our stay and it was seamless. Check in was fast and efficient as well. We stay here all the time. It's not super fancy but the rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and the staff is professional.

I was not able to rest due to dogs barking next door. They allow dogs and that was something it was not disclosed I would like a refund immediately. It totally ruined my Bussiness in 2025 I travel to this are every week and this was not a good experience.
