Woke in the middle of the night to find cockroaches in the room. Managed to get a picture of one on the bathroom mirror. Toilet was not connected to the floor. Told the guy at the desk and shower him the picture. He said the manager would be in contact- a week later and i still haven't heard anything. I also canceled the 2nd night I had booked and they did not refund me for it.
