The property was beautiful. The open kitchen/dining/living area was great for socializing. A perfect location for boating into Orange Beach or Pensacola. The outdoor pool area and ping pong area had activities to keep everyone entertained. Thankful for the additional ice machine and refrigerator outside too.

The Elliot is a gem in Perdido Key! We stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration and had a wonderful experience. The house is stunning, and the host’s communication and attention to detail were world-class. They truly went out of their way to make our stay special. Five stars all around!

Beautiful home. It had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Huge amount of beach gear and toys. The pool area and hot tub were wonderful. Communication with Lindsey was spot on. We had 9 women in the house and not one complaint about anything. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Everything was perfect! It was so aesthetically pleasing from top to bottom! My family ate up this luxury the whole week! The pool, the tvs outside, Japanese toilets, what more could you ask for!? All the photos are accurate, it is pure perfection!!! We will be back for sure!!

My family loved our stay at The Elliot. The house is beautiful, and well thought out for guests. The location is perfect, away from the hustle, yet still so close to everything when you want entertainment. ..Communication with the owner is very welcoming and prompt. We cant wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at The Elliot with our group of 20. The home accommodated everyone comfortably, and the pool area was definitely a highlight of the trip. We especially appreciated the abundance of pool toys, kayaks, and paddle boards, which kept everyone entertained throughout our stay.The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for a large group. The fancy toilets were a big topic of conversation during the week and we appreciated the provided pool towels.Our only suggestion for improvement would be to replace the furniture in the main living area. It was quite worn, uncomfortable, and didn't provide a great gathering space for a large group. Updating the seating would make an already great property even better.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to large groups looking for a fun beach getaway.Thank you for a great time at The Elliot!

An amazing stay for our family that did not disappoint! Stunning property inside and out! Outdoor space is beyond amazing and close to the beach also! All of the beach/pool gear they provide was so helpful. Would definitely return and recommend!!!

Overall we had a great experience at the house. It had an amazing pool and hot tub, the house is well equipped, the property manager is very responsive. I think the only note I would have is that to control the hot tub you have to contact the property manager each time. For the cost of the stay it would be nice to be able to control the temp ourselves and not have to contact someone to turn on and off. Even a timer control would be nice. Otherwise, the house is beautiful, it’s in a wonderful quiet location, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Absolutely fantastic stay. Communication with the owner was immediate, quick, and clear. The house is very well laid out for a group (we had four couples and were very comfortable) and the kitchen is equipped as well as any place we have stayed before. All the appropriate utensils, pots, pans, etc., that you would hope for. The pool deck is out of this world. Location is great with the state park beach right across the road. Five stars all around. Could not have been happier with our stay.

Excellent property. Wonderful house with ton's of room. Great pool, grill, and amenities. We docked our boat and that was good also. Superb house. Excellent follow-up to our check-in and staying process. Hostess or owners were great and responsive.

This place is even better than photos (and those are pretty impressive). I’ve never been on a beach vacation where I felt absolutely no need to leave the property. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and watching bowl football games while sitting in the pool. The kids were never bored and were always fishing, kayaking, swimming, or paddle boarding. Things that seem like little things at a vacation rental actually made a huge amount of difference ex, sharp knives, big pans for family meals, ample sitting areas both inside and out. We are already looking into booking for next year at the same time. Oh and let me not forget about the host. No question was too small. Always kind, always accommodating and extremely quick responses.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every amenity you could possibly need and then some. It was clear that a lot of thought went into organizing and stocking the house — everything was easy to find and made our stay so comfortable. The bunk rooms had very generous and plush bunkbeds nestled in the cutest little nooks. Upon entering the front door, it smells like the lobby of a five star resort. The manager was incredibly friendly and always available to answer any questions we had. She even had a remote control for a TV overnighted to the house when it was reported that one wasn’t working. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

One word: Amazing

We did a lot of research trying to find the perfect winter getaway in Florida and we found it. The hosts were super responsive with all of our questions prior to booking. Also our point of contact during the stay was responsive within minutes for the few times we had questions. Although we experienced 8” of snow during our stay, Elliot did not disappoint. It’s worth noting this property has a natural gas pool/hot tub heater that is not common for the area and it allowed us to enjoy the water activities in an actual snowstorm. Might not matter as much during warmer weather, but this saved our trip while being snowed in for two days. The house is simply amazing, clean, bright, and stocked with literally anything you could think of needing during a stay. Literally a 5 star accommodations.Also it’s tucked in the back corner of a cul de sac in a clean and quiet neighborhood. Neighborhood has state park on both sides but is minutes from all the action you could want.*Bonus: we had dolphins swimming off the dock 3 separate times during our 6 day stay.We will be back to this property in the future for sure.
