Inside, the open-concept living area is designed for comfort and style, featuring a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom complete with double vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two cozy full size beds, providing ample space for guests.

For added convenience, this condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Whether you're relaxing indoors, taking in the views from the balcony, or enjoying the resort's top-tier amenities, Beach Colony Resort East 12C promises a perfect beachfront
escape.

PARKING 2 free parking passes are included with the rental

This unit is pet-friendly. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for anyone bringing a pet. You must notify our office in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:

The kitchen was not a well-equipped kitchen as described. The pots and pans were random pieces, a plastic stained mixing bowl, etc. One would expect at least a beach decor feel with coordinating furnishings. This condo was drab with a hodge podge of living room interiors. Area rug and accent pillow very worn. Patio furniture had unmatching, uncomfortable seating. The view was outstanding and the patio was spacious. The condo needs some updates to justify the rental rates.

The good: dog allowed, condo size, linens cleanThe bad, carpet stains/ worn out. Only 3 spoons, not a sharp knife, condo is well worn, nothing special or new. Chipped plates, not enough kitchen utensils, cups, hairdryer did not work (LL told us they are not required to have in working unless attached to wall). Balcony furniture terrible and uncomfortable. If you have a small dog, its ok place to stay.

Scenic views on the beach at Perdido Key.

The views of the gulf and beach at Perdido Key were fantastic.!Shopping and restaurants were located nearby. Being pet friendly is what initially attracted us. Would definitely stay here again.
