🛏️The Space:

Green Haven 59 102 4BR 3BA Features full kitchen, dining area, living room and washer/dryer. Greenhaven is located in Avian Forest. The condos are located in Pawleys Island off Willbrook Blvd, with the Tradition Golf Club on one side and The Reserve on the other approximately 1 ½ miles from the beach. All of our rental condos are 4 bedroom, 3 bath single level condominiums. They feature various bedding, a full kitchen, a dining area, living room, a washer/dryer, and a patio or balcony. The community has its own private pool, and also shares the Litchfield by the Sea private beach facilities, tennis courts, Play Pool Plaza with a lazy river, and access to the fitness center, indoor heated pool, and hot tub.

Other Things to Note: Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Great family outing

This was a great vacation for my family, and our first time together at a beach. The beach was a short 4 minute drive from our location, and there were private pools very close to us also. There were some dust bunnies under furniture, but nothing too crazy at all. The beds don't have a box spring, so the mattress directly on the base boards were a little uncomfortable, but again this wasn't a huge deal either. Some of the outlets were 1/2 controlled by a switch, which was confusing to us at first. We would definitely rent from this host again, and plan to in the future!
