This stay was beyond amazing! The staff was amazing and so kind. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The food selection top tier. I would definitely stay here again. FYI it is about an hour away from both BKK & DMK airports in Pattaya, but definitely worth the distance.

Very dark constantly. Even with lights on. There were so many cars everywhere and a parking lot that runs through the middle of the hotel so it’s really awkward. Food was okay but not great. Not a relaxing experience. We checked out a day early and went somewhere else

The pool in our room is clean, room is clean. The staff are very friendly and nice. They always clean the walkway. Breakfast is good but recommend changing the menu everyday. We stay for 3 nights so the breakfast was almost the same. Swimming pool is clean but for safety, they should label the depth of the pool. Room service is great. The spa is excellent. Give it a try if you have time will be back in the future.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail, the beautifully designed interiors, and the top-tier service. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and comfortable. Our room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with high-end finishes that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star resort. Besides at the Sapphire, two bedroom villa, the room itself is very spacious, beautiful pool, and everything you need for a family stay. If I had to say one thing is that it’s hard to control the air conditioner temperature in the room, and there are trash bins missing in the kitchen, other than that - an excellent hotel
