Great value for an hideaway pool villa

Great value for an out of the way villa stay near Pattaya. Beautiful villa with own pool, very comfortable. Slightly worn (outdoor bathroom shower curtains missing?) with a few malfunctions (electricity failed on my last day), but to be expected for the price paid.

I booked here on Songkran for 4 nights. I know it is the high-season which the staff are busy and lots of guests. But I just wish to have a private and quiet atmosphere at least in my room but the neighbourhood turned on the music out loud all day from 10:00 to 24:00 and it was getting louder on the afternoon, even the glass on the door was shaking! The hot water doesn’t work from the breaker cut down and I call the staff to fix it but it wasn’t work again on the next day. Ps. You get what you paid on this price of the pool villa. 🙃

nice hotel but too far from pattaya beaches. no other places to walk to eat from hotel. taxi drivers hard time finding hotel. plus expensive taxis to get to pattaya city. hotel is for Asian tour groups.

Nice Hotel -- Your own private piece of paradise

Great Hotel and very helpful staff. Having your own pool is wonderful and just whats needed after a day sightseeing and walking all over. The rooms are large and well appointed with all that you really need. The only downside is that it is a little out the way so you will either need to use the shuttle bus that the hotel has or a taxi to get around, if you have you own transport then this wouldn't be a problem. The only other thing was that it had massage/spa services according to Expedia which this hotel doesn't... which would of come in handy after walking as much as i did.. Otherwise this hotel is you own private piece of paradise to have a great holiday.

Mini paradise

when arrived to the resort was welcomed with a drink and towel then a bell boy takes you on a golf buggy to your villa which was quite far away i asked if i could take my motobike to the villa they said no , so when entered the villa it looked amazing the pool looked good the tv had every channel u can think of , the actual villa is ok and nice but te cons of it 1. no golf buggy to take you back to reception have to walk 2 in the bathroom they have blinds on 2 big windows but anyone can see you on the toilet or bath 3.breakfast is mostly thai found eggs and toast for western only 4. the air con is ok if stand underneath it but its not strong enough to chill the huge room 5.on 2nd day find a huge cockroach in the bathroom 6.they have a pool and bar but 2 days i never saw staff at the bar and the pool as 3 lilly trees near it so the pool is full of pink flowers never saw it cleaned but overall it is a nice villa
