Group hotel so dont stay here if you want peace and quiet.. poor quality breakfast and reception staff (except reception manager who was fabulous) are unfriendly and treat guests like thieves !! need a receptionist to unlock the lift to go down to the car park what a joke !!

Location of the hotel is near to Terminal 21 and also Tesco Lotus which is an advantage if you plan to take some brief walk to visit those malls. There aren't street food / hawker around the hotel, hence, for meals, you would need to visit those malls and their surrounding areas. There is a 7-11 nearby around 50m from the hotel which is a plus for you to get your snacks and other stuffs. Hotel isn't that friendly for small children as there are no baby seats available at dining area. Reception staffs and some breakfast staffs could be trained and improved further as I find some of them lack of welcoming and smiles. It doesn't reflect Thailand as a land of smile. Overall, most staffs are helpful and happy to greet you except for some with very obvious "black faces'. Maybe they were having a bad day. One negative thing to note was the breakfast time closed exactly at 10am. They would off the air conditioning and turn off the music and pull up all the window blinds making you extremely uncomfortable to even stay for another 10 minutes to finish up your coffee/tea. This is the only hotel I stayed among 50 over hotels that I have visited all these years to have such practice. This is a very bad and rude practice I would say. You can get your staffs to clear the buffet area and allow the guests to finish up whatever food or drinks they still have in comfortable way. A grace period of 15-20 minutes would be good as most guests would leave by then.
