"The staff is not welcoming nor helpful. You have to ask a million questions to get a single answer. They are more worried about the towels than making sure you’re welcomed properly. They explain NOTHING helpful about the premises and to top it off, the food is awful!!!!!!"

"Room was moderately clean. Broken glass and dust found throughout the rooms. No beach access which was my biggest draw. Toilet super loud could not flush it at night. Air conditioning went on and off and was very loud. Did not work in the night.Hot Tub looked green. Beautiful view and comfortable bed."
