Studio :Oui. Neuf: Non. Equipé de tout confort: Non.
Studio minuscule: radiateur mural qui tombe dés qu'on ouvre un tiroir de cuisine..Attention, en sortant de la salle de douche de ne pas se cogner la tête à l'angle d'un placard , ni de se prendre les pieds dans la ferraille du canapé lit. Vieux canapé lit à ressort qui fait la cuvette au milieu du lit.
