Perfect location

Fantastic property, very central with easy access to restaurants and tourist attractions.Great communication with property management, clean, very spacious bedrooms (highly appreciated) super quite street.I will definitely stay there next time in Paris.

Great location, quirky apartment

The apartment is nice and nicely furnished. The location is wonderful! The air conditioning is great and the showers are terrific -- both unusually good for Paris apartments! The property managers were easy to contact and very responsive. On the other hand -- the "fourth bedroom" is actually a crawl space. No adult could stay in there, and a decent-sized teenager struggled with it, but we made it work. Moreover, loud buzzing sounds were audible in the bedrooms from something either in or near the apartment walls. We could not figure out where they came from, but they buzzed every ten minutes or so all night long, which was annoying to say the least. And finally, the TV had very limited channel availability, so we were unable to watch even the French national team soccer matches that were on while we were there. Overall, it was fine for a short stay.

Great Time, Great Location!

Within walking distance of Metro and Louvre. Only reason for 4-stars for Check-in, was upon arrival, the code to access the key was not correct. Thankfully, management called immediately with correct code. We, five adults (one couple three singles), had a nice stay. Adequate facilities, nice accommodations, beds were comfortable! I do not recommend an adult using the loft unless they can crawl on their knees. The doorway is only about 3ft tall. The sofa bed (which we chose not to use) would not provide much privacy. Our 3-day stay was short and we were busy touring Paris so we did not notify management that the kettle/hob was missing and there was no coffee for the Nespresso machine until day 2. They did deliver a brand new kettle and coffee pods right away. We would do it again, if we return to Paris! Merci!

Modern large apartment in perfect neighborhood

This apartment itself was beautiful and nicely appointed. The location was perfect and easily accessible to the great sights near the Louvre and L'Opera. Property management was easy to reach and responses were fast. The issues with the apartment were that the bedrooms and bathrooms were not correctly described. This apartment is a 3 bedroom with a loft (3 foot ceiling). Each bedroom has a sink and shower and there are only 2 toilets in the main hallway. The interior hallway was old and the steps uneven which made lugging suitcases a challenge.
