I was told at the time of checking out that an occupant fee of 7.80 EURO per person will be charged, which was not communicated in advance to me at the time of booking. If you wish to do a early check-in, you will be charged with EURO 50.

Didn’t spend much time here, just overnighted on a layover but the check in process took a bit of time due to a long line at midnight and there was an issue with a group of guests complaining about their rooms. Our room was fine, the view was great and the bed was very comfortable.

My stay was actually a mixed bag. More bad than good but I did have nice room. My first night I nearly froze to death NO Heat im the winter totally UNACCEPTABLE. The second night the lift dropped me unexpectedly 2 floors again UNACCEPTABLE. The management showed no real comcern for my experiences there. I did enjoy their caesar salad and 1 of there wait staff I wrote her name to give her a shout out but couldn't find my note. However she was very helpful & comforting after my lift ordeal. This Hotel is a work in progress When I return to France I may not stay here

Very clean, modern, newly built property located right next to the underground Metro station (35-40 min train from Paris central). Room size is very spacious for Europe. Big beds and very friendly staff. Public transportation Travel tip from Gare du Nord: - If you plan on coming to this property from Gare du Nord, I don't recommend taking the Green (D) line train because you will have to walk quite a bit from the drop-off at St Denise, especially with luggage. - Instead, you are better off taking the purple line + Bus (255) which will drop you right outside the property.

Long wait to check in, reception personnel appeared depresssed with no smile to be found. Should have better direction to find the right elevator for our room. Many looked very confused beside us. The facilities are very undersized for this hotel. Could not use bar and restaurent or pool unless you booked ahead. Never seen that in a hotel with this star rating. Seems like DEI hiring. The hotel location is quite squelchy. Room was very spacious and clean and quiet. Difficult to find a good restaurent outside.
