Akzeptabel für einen Kurz Trip..
Klein beschreibt es am besten,es ist aber alles da was man braucht.Kaffeemaschine, Herd,Kühlschrank,Klimaanlage und sogar ein Bügeleisen.Ein Föhn ist nicht vorhanden.Wenn man das Bett wieder ein den Schrank klappt hat man sogar die Möglichkeit sich zu setzen. Alles in allem war es akzeptabel für drei Tage.
Was mir allerdings negativ aufgefallen ist,war die mangelnde Sauberkeit im Bad, das Bad selbst ist schön,allerdings lagen vor und auch in der Dusche schwarze Haare. Die Ersatz Bettdecke roch auch nicht nach frisch gewaschen.Im Küchenschrank haben vorherige Gäste ihre Lebensmittel zurück gelassen,die vom Eigentümer auch nicht entfernt wurden,was uns direkt am ersten Tag einen Besucher bescherte und zwar eine Schabe.Diese saß auf der Tür vom Schrank.Allerdings glaube ich das dies ein allgemeines französisches Problem ist,denn an jeder Ecke gibt es einen Laden der Produkte gegen Ungeziefer verkauft.
Wir haben die Unterkunft aber auch nur zum Schlafen genutzt und waren den Tag über unterwegs,daher war die Größe okay.
Was mir allerdings absolut nicht in Ordnung fand, war das der Besitzer mir 4 Wochen bevor FeWo die zweite Hälfte der Zahlung sowieso automatisch abgebucht hätte, schon eine Zahlungsaufforderung geschickt hat.
Ich habe diese ignoriert da ja wie bereits erwähnt, das System einen Stichtag hat an dem das Geld automatisch abgebucht wird.
Ich wurde dann ein paar Tage später wieder! kontaktiert vom Vermieter und wieder sollte ich doch das Geld vorzeitig überweisen.

Très bon pied-à-terre
Les propriétaires sont très aimables et communiquent efficacement tout au long du séjour. C'était très plaisant. Le confort de l'appartement est tout à fait satisfaisant.
Idéal pour 1 à 2 personnes qui ont besoin d'un endroit pour visiter ensuite Paris.
