The apartment is ideally located near the RER D Stade de France St Denis station, which takes you to CHATELET in 15 minutes. You can use free private parking in the basement of the building. The area is calm and very secure, around a one hectare park. A supermarket is accessible every day except Sunday until 10 p.m. You also have a pharmacy, just nearby.Motorways A1 and A86. CDG Airport: 25mn by car, 60 'by train. The nearest train station will take you to Gare du Nord (Eurostar, Thalys) in 8 ', Les Halles (15'), L'Opéra & les Grands Magasins (20 '), les Champs Elysées (25'), Les Halles ( 15 '), Montmartre (25'), Le Louvre (25 '), Eiffel Tower (50') ... plus 5 'walk to reach the station from the apartment.
