Old and unconfortable

We had to change rooms because of the smell of cigarettes. The service was efficient and nice but the rooms and bedding are old and uncomfortable. The heater did not work, and we were freezing. We had to ask for an extra blanket and had to wait 2 hours to get one for 3 beds

The hotel is not bad… but, many things went wrong in my room. The fan didn’t work in the kitchen so the fire alarm would go off. And they said they’d send someone to fix it. But, never fixed it. And on my second day staying there the electricity went away in my room for one full hour while I was in the shower…. No explanation, just that the building is old… another night it was just VERY LOUD WITH people next door. We complained but nothing. The hotel is in a nice area but, don’t expect it to be a GREAT stay. Expect things to go not so smooth.

A must stay

Amazing. Very close to the munich airport. Quite a distance to the city but not too bad. Cleanliness is top notch, rooms are 2021 standards with usb chargers. Breakfast was good. Free shuttle to the airport as well. If I ever visit madrid again, I'll be back.

Ok but not overly clean

Nice apartment on the whole, however it was not very clean. For example, there are large vents for the air conditioning and these were dripping with dust. It was cold and we had a little plug in radiator which was broken and the blankets werent clean. Some of the fittings were broken
