The rooms are underneath the rooftop bar and it’s very noisy all night and all day. Staff was not friendly or accommodating. Several complaints were made but they told me nothing could be done. Locations is ok, but it was too noisy all day and night.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU DON’T NEED RUNNING WATER. I would have liked to post a glowing review of this hotel because it is aesthetically very cute! The location is pretty good. Right on the edge of Casco Viejo in walking distance to everything. Shops, restaurants, etc. However, when I checked in with a group I was leading (we had 5 rooms in all) we were told the hot water wouldn’t be working for a couple of hours. Actually, at that time, the water was not working at all. My group left for a short tour and came back a few hours later. Sadly, at this time we needed to get showered and ready to go to a dinner reservation, the water was still not working! No running water, not even flushing toilets. We had to forego showers and just head upstairs to the rooftop restaurant. The restaurant bathroom also had no working water while we were up there which made us concerned about the cleanliness of the Kitchen staff. The hotel employee basically ignored us and never gave us any information, not even his name. I had the contact of another employee who I texted with some. She was very nice and tried to help, but she was at home and there was really nothing she could do. To make matters worse, two people in our group were sharing a room with a queen bed, but that room had such a bad leak in the ceiling that it was sagging and had visible mold. The staff switched them to another room, but that room had a very small bed for two people to share and also had a leak that dripped down

The hotel was average. The shower was never warm. It took some getting used to taking cold showers. But, otherwise it was in a very convenient location where you can walk to all attractions in Casco. There is a strong police presence so I always felt safe. Prices are expensive in this area.

The hotel is extremely well located. Design is nice. upstairs roof resto and next door restos are very nice. rooms are too small and slightly uncomfortable due to lack of space. i stayed in a tent larger than the room was. but totally worth. i d stay again. if a long trip, it d be painful.

It's a small hotel very cozy. The front desk personnel very polite and helpful. They arranged our tours to Panama Viejo, Causeway, Panamá City and many others. Completely recommend. Stayed from July 10 to 15.

Our stay was good, but this hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel as advertised. Upon check-in we were not informed of any amenities, even though there is a pool on the rooftop that can be used by guests during the day. Night/early morning receptionist guy was very friendly and helpful! Day receptionist (woman) was really hard to communicate with and we got the impression she was trying to make things more difficult for no apparent reason, ie.: we asked for a later check-out, she said she would check with her manager and text us (which she never did), as we didn’t hear back, we assumed it had been granted. Upon checking out at that time, she fought us for 5min about how late it was, implying we would have to pay extra, only to say at the end that “it was ok, she had spoken with her manager and we were all set” - really poor customer service and care. Would not stay there again.

Whenever I visit Panama this is the only place I’ll stay. Everything is always excellent. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of the action. The rooftop bar excellent as well. Perfect hotel.

Excelente ubicación en la misma entrada del casco viejo. Varias opciones de comida cerca. El cuarto tenia los elementos basicos necesarios, TV, wifi, nevera, secador de cabello, un par de botellas de agua y buen aire acondicionado. En la parte de arriba del hotel hay un rooftop muy lindo (aunque costoso, es mas barato en las opciones del casco). Lo único que no me gusto es que no habia agua caliente en la ducha. El dia de la llegada estaba cerrado (el personal no estaba en el área) y la chica del restaurante de la entrada nos tuvo que llamar a los de recepción y llegaron rapidisimo.

El hotel en General está ubicado en una de las mejores personas turísticas de Panamá, en el caso antiguo cerca de todo, además de qué para poder ir al museo de biodiversidad a las islas o tomar los transportes turísticos es muy conveniente Además de esto, está ubicada justo al lado de un restaurante extraordinario y acceso a una de las mejores terrazas con una vista sensacional El personal es muy amable, dan muy buena recomendaciones y están muy atentos las 24 horas del día La decoración y construcción es tipo industrial, de muy buen gusto y con muy buena distribución en las habitaciones La limpieza en general de la habitación, pudiera ser un poco mejor y adicional a eso nosotros estuvimos cinco noches de las cuales dos no nos limpiaron la habitación, pero fuera de eso en general, pienso que es una opción excelente para reservar en Panamá y disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones En nuestro caso personal, no nos molestan los ruidos por la noche, pero ya que está ubicado el hotel justo debajo de una terraza donde hay fiesta de fondos, se escucha un poco la música de la terraza, no es tan molesto, pero si eres muy delicado para los ruidos y poder dormir, quizá Debas considerar alguna u otra opción
