With its quiet surroundings and minimal traffic, this location is perfect for those looking to relax and unwind.
Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious, open living area, featuring a cozy sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is generously sized, with ample bar seating and a lovely dining table, making it the perfect space for cooking and enjoying meals. It boasts elegant quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, blending style and functionality. For added convenience, the home also includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Everything was perfect for our weeklong stay. Very clean and well put together home with great amenities. Kids loved the Foosball table and we spent a lot of time on the patio. So close to the beach that I think we spent more time on the beach on this trip than any other we have been on before. Highly recommended!

Comfort and convenience
We took our family down for a week to enjoy the Florida coast. This house made our stay very comfortable and put us close to the beach. Tucked into the quiet neighborhood, this house had a nice open layout with a shaded, screened in porch. Easy walk across 30A to the private beach or one more block to the public beach access.

Great family stay
We loved our time at this property! It was a very short walk from the beach and also a short bike ride to Aly's Beach. We found magnolia cottages to be a peaceful and quiet community! I would also add that the place was just as nice if not better than the photos!
