The check in and check out times are ridiculous. Management is very rude, only cater towards older white couples. Check in process was very slow and employees were unaccommodating and made us feel like an inconvenience. Shuttle drivers were great though!

Everything is great about the property except for the early checkout time of 10AM is kinda really poor. Especially if you’re attending Coachella music festival and coming back late to your room, they should consider putting a later checkout. They don’t even consider a request which after paying so much money for the resort should be considered.

Great getaway!

Had a great stay, room was comfortable and clean. Only thing we would adjust is chlorine in pools, just our observations. Understandably with that many guest, maintaining clean water is priority. Just seemed super saturated. Housekeeping and front gate were best departments!

I was generally happy outside of the $25 parking fee now charged? Also, not sure if my discounts were added to my hotel stay via onekey. Lastly, Marriott Hotel did not ask for my Marriott #... So, outside of those items, all good.

Our shower was dirty. It had hair all over it and the water was either scalding hot or ice cold. If I took a shower before my husband, there was no hot water for him. I took scalding hot showers and he took ice cold showers!! So that was pretty crappy. Otherwise everything else was good. The room was nice besides the hair all over the shower. That was gross. And there was no conditioner had to ask for some. The property was beautiful and the golf course was gorgeous.

It was really nice property and room was very nice. We had a king bed with a sofa bed pull out. The bed was comfortable, we had towels, shampoo/conditioner etc.... Here are some things missing from the rooms 1. No bottled water (usually you get two bottles free) 2. No Safe in room (usually you get a safe in your room)
